BOISE, Idaho – The San José State cross country team heads to Boise, Idaho, on Friday to compete in the Mountain West Championships. The races will take place at Eagle Island State Park, with the men's 8k slated for an 9:15 a.m. PT start, followed by the women's 6k scheduled for 10 a.m.
- On the men's side, Christopher Malone, Michael Chadwick, and Alexander Walker each set personal records in their last race at the Bronco Invitational.
- On the women's side, Constance O'Neal and Caitlin Chea also set personal records at the Bronco Invitational.
- Freshman Amanda Chalburg has led the way for the women's in three of the Spartans' four events this fall.
- Amelio Chio has led the way on the men's side in two of the four races.
