COLLEGE OF MARIN: Two-year starter for coach Steven Berringer ... Batted .307 in his two season with 98 hits, 26 doubles, 62 RBI and 11 stolen bases in 84 games ... As a sophomore, batted .329 with 54 hits, 12 doubles, three triples, 42 RBI and eight stolen bases ... Named Second Team All-Bay Valley Conference as a sophomore and honorable mention as a freshman. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A Second Team All-Conference selection as a senior for coach Scott Osder at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, Calif. ... Was also an honorable mention All-League selection as a junior ... Batted .350 his senior season
