2013: Led the pitching staff with 15 starts and 91.1 innings...went eight innings, struck out five and was the winning pitcher in the regular-season finale over CSU Bakersfield which punched the Spartans[apos] ticket to the 2013 WAC Tournament...threw at least six complete innings in 10 starts...finished 4-8 with a 4.04 ERA with 49 strikeouts to 37 walks...eight outings with two earned runs or less...carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning against UCSB in a career-high eight-inning outing...struck out a career-high six in six innings at UT Arlington (4/13)...first win of the season came against Dallas Baptist (3/23)...allowed six hits and one earned run in a victory over Seattle U down the stretch of WAC play...allowed one earned run in 6.2 innings during his start against Sacramento State in the WAC Tournament (5/25).
2012: Had six starts among 13 total appearances...Pitched 31 1/3 innings and struck out 17 on the year...Scattered four hits over 4 1/3 innings and limited Santa Clara to one run in earning the victory over the Broncos on March 11...Gave up one or zero earned runs in six straight appearances from March 11-April 17...Threw two perfect innings in his start at No. 10 Stanford (April 17), helping lead the Spartans to a 3-2 win, their first over the Cardinal in four years...Also threw one scoreless, hitless frame in relief versus No. 7 Stanford (May 1), helping the Spartans complete a season sweep of the Cardinal in an 8-5 win...Struck out a season-high four batters versus San Francisco (Feb. 18)...Held opponents to a .232 batting average with runners on base.
2011: Made 14 appearances, all in relief...Longest outing of the year was also his collegiate debut -- a 3 2/3 innings outing versus Albany (Feb. 23) where he had eight strikeouts against one walk and allowed only one run...Shutout Stanford for three innings of no-hit ball with five strikeouts on the road (April 5)...Had another scoreless outing against the Cardinal with 2 2/3 innings of one-hit ball (May 3)...Threw two innings of shutout relief versus St. Mary[apos]s (CA) (March 1) with four strikeouts...Did not allow a run in three straight appearances (April 5-12), throwing 6 2/3 innings with 11 strikeouts to just three walks...Averaged 10.88 strikeouts per nine innings, second on the team...Posted a 2-to-1 strikeouts-to-walks ratio.
