Norio Thomas Season 2020

AT SAN JOSE STATE: Finished two seasons with the Spartans... Competed for playing time as a safety... First joined the Spartans in Fall 2019.

2020: Did not see any game action.

2019: Completed a redshirt season.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Began his college career at Moorpark College (Coach Mike Stuart)... Was credited with 18 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, a quarterback sack and a pass break-up his freshman season...  Played at College of the Canyons (Coach Ted Iacenda) as a sophomore... Helped his team win a Northern Conference National Division championship and the 2018 Western State Bowl.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coaches Matt Gentile, Aubrey Duncan) at Cleveland High in Reseda, Calif. ... Was a running back and safety his junior season... Concentrated on playing safety as a senior.
