Was one of four FBS players to rush for two touchdowns of 80 or more yards... Had an 83-yard touchdown burst in the UNLV win (10/4)... Bettered that with an 89-yard scoring run vs. Colorado State (11/1) - the fourth longest running play in school history... Had the 11th best all-purpose yardage game among FBS and second among Mountain West players for the season with 305 yards against Colorado State... His 146 rushing yards on 18 carries vs. Colorado State was a personal single-game career best and one of three 100-plus rushing yardage games of the season... 2013: Saw action only in the season-opening win vs. Sacramento State (8/29)... Had two carries for two yards before leaving the game with an injury... Missed the remainder of the season.
2012: A second-team All-WAC choice as a kickoff return specialist... Tied the San José State single-season record with kickoff returns for touchdowns at San Diego State (9/22) and UTSA (10/20)... UTSA TD return also gave him the Spartans' career record... Named the WAC Special Teams Player of the Week after the San Diego State win with 167 yards in kickoff returns and a 33.4 yard average... Rushed for a score in the Colorado State win (9/15) and caught a 36-yard scoring pass in the UTSA triumph... Had a career best 56 yards on 11 carries in the win at Navy (9/29)... Second on the team in rushing with 205 yards... Then career-long 32-yard run in the Texas State triumph (10/27).
2011: Played in all 12 games... A running back, defensive back, special teams player and excelled as a kickoff return specialist... Finished with a 24.0 yard kickoff return average... Was 51st nationally and fourth in the WAC... First Spartan since 2005 to return a kickoff for a touchdown with his 95-yard return at Utah State (11/12)... His 672 kickoff return yards were the ninth best single-season Spartan total... Third on the team in rushing with 107 yards... A season-high 40 yards on nine carries in his running back debut against Brigham Young (10/8)... First major college TD was an 11-yard run vs. Idaho (11/5)... Credited with five tackles and three pass receptions.
HIGH SCHOOL: A two-time, first-team, all-purpose, All-C.I.F. back from Colton (Calif.) High (Coaches Richard Bray and Harold Strauss)... An All-C.I.F. defensive back as a junior after compiling an astounding 24 pass break-ups and two interceptions... A 2010 All-C.I.F. running back who rushed for 2,848 yards, averaged 7.3 yards carry and scored 26 touchdowns in two seasons ...
