Nautika Diaz Season 2018

SPARTAN NOTES: In her first year as a Spartan.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Camarillo (Calif.) High School…a four-year letterwinner (coach Nichole Pinedo)…as a senior hit .367 with 12 doubles and four homers, had an on base percentage of .452 scored 22 times and dove in 30…led her team to a 27-3 record and the CIF Southern Section Division II Championship…2017 Coastal Canyon League champs where she led the league in RBIs (30) and was second in home runs (4).

NAUTIKA: Majoring in liberal studies…hopes to pursue a career as a school counselor…played club ball for Clutch Up Softball (coach Marcus Rojas)…the daughter of Maria and Zandro Diaz…Nautika Diaz is a native of Oxnard, Calif.
