LOS ANGELES, Calif. - In Day two of the Trojan Diving Invitational held at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center, Cari Reiswig finished fifth in the 1-meter springboard. Reiswig placed sixth in the 3-meter springboard, which was held yesterday.
"I am very pleased with our results over the past two days," said head coach Sage Hopkins. "This had been a great experience for our divers and we are excited for the remainder of the season."
Reiswig's classmate Marissa O'Quinn, had a strong day as well, scoring 209.20 points for a 22nd place finish.
UCLA's Maria Polyakova took the top overall spot in the 3-meter springboard with a point total of 320.65.
San José State will return to the pool for the three-day Arena Invitational beginning on Thursday, Nov. 20, held in Monterey Park, Calif.
