Boise, Idaho --- Kolbi Sims' personal-best 1.64 meter mark in the high jump highlighted San José State's final day at the Ed Jacoby Invitational in Boise, Idaho.Sims, a freshman from Eagle, Idaho, was active yesterday in the pentathlon, and achieved her third personal-best during the meet of the meet on Saturday."Kolbi had a couple of fantastic PR's this meet," said Spartans head coach Jeff Petersmeyer. "She continues to get better for us every week."Sims and teammate Jade Childs both qualified for the 60-meter hurdles final. Childs clocked a 9.12, while Sims finished in 9.28.Cambree Harbaugh was more than just in on the action on Saturday, she won the long jump with a mark of 5.72 meters."Overall I think we are in a good place," said Petersmeyer. "Again, it's nice to see some personal-bests and then I think Cambree is in a good place right now too. We'll be right back here again next week with the full team."San José State will have a full slate of entries on January 23, at the Bronco Invitational, hosted by Boise State.Long Jump
