Seattle, Wash.--After a tough first rotation, the San José State women's gymnastics team rallied in the final three rotations to score a 193.925 Friday night to win a triangular meet at Seattle Pacific (192.275) with Alaska Anchorage (193.325).
Three Spartan gymnasts tied for first in three events. Josalyn Ray tied for first on vault with M'rcy Matsunami of Alaska Anchorage with a career-best 9.800. Again, the anchor led the event team as Allison Bellingham received a career-best 9.875. Unpingco followed at 9.825, then Alisa Bogdan with a season-best 9.775, Amy Bellingham with a season-best 9.750, Kaschak at 9.700 and Herr at 9.625.
