Meet ScheduleLive ResutsThe Payton Jordan Invitational on Sunday, May 1, will serve as the final tuneup for the San José State University women's track and field team before heading off to the Mountain West Championship on May 14-17."We are excited to compete this weekend at the Payton Jordan," said Spartans' head coach Jeff Petersmeyer. Our team will go head-to-head with many of the top schools in the nation and it will be a great tuneup for our conference championships in May."The Spartans have competed against the country's best in a number of outdoor meets in 2016, and Sunday will be no different. Oklahoma, California, Washington, Florida State, Texas, Michigan, Arkansas, host Stanford and Mountain West foe San Diego State are among the Division I opponents. The Payton Jordan Invitational, now in its 21st year, is known as one of the fastest meets in the country. Last year alone, there were two world-leading, seven American-leading, and nine collegiate-leading marks to go along with three national records set.Jennifer Beckingham in the 1500 and Nicole Iloanya in the triple jump, are two Spartans with marks inside the top-20 of the NCAA's Division I West Region. Both will be active in their respective events on Sunday.Caitlin Wilson, SJSU's newest school-record breaker in the 200-meter dash, will lead a large crew of Spartan sprinters on Sunday. Cambree Harbaugh will be active in the long jump, and will join Iloanya in the triple jump.Keep up with all of the action via live results provided by Stanford.
