Women's Golf Legends Competing At The Legends Championship

San José State University women's golf legends Juli Inkster, Pat Hurst, Patty Sheehan and Dana Dormann are four of the 60 LPGA legends competing at The Legends Championship presented by Old National Bank at the French Lick Resort in French Lick Ind., this weekend, August 20-21.

The two-day tournament will be played on the Pete Dye Course at the French Lick Resort for the Annual Legends Championship benefiting the Riley Children's Foundation.

Inkster returns to the championship after winning the 2015 title by one stroke, while Hurst finished tied for third after shooting a 69 during the final round. Sheehan is in the LPGA and World Golf Hall of Fame and has three wins on the Legends Tour. Dormann, the current Spartan associate women's golf head coach, is making her third appearance at the championship and won twice during her LPGA career. A family affair for Dormann, her son, Will, will be on the bag as her caddy throughout the week.
