Men's Basketball MW Preseason Poll Revealed

LAS VEGAS --- The 2016-17 Men's Basketball Mountain West (MW) Preseason All-Conference Team and the predicted order of finish have been released. The results of the preseason poll and all-conference team, determined by the league's media, were announced Wednesday morning at the MW Men's Basketball Media Day in Las Vegas.San José State is predicted to finish in 11th place behind Wyoming in 10th and Air Force in ninth. San Diego State is predicted to win the regular season title with 23 first-place votes.While Nevada didn't get any first-place nods, the Wolf Pack is predicted to finish second, followed by New Mexico and conference tournament champion Fresno State.Lobos star junior guard Elijah Brown is the preseason player of the year and all-MW.
