Stanford, Calif.--- The San José State University men's golf team tied for 24th place in round two of The Goodwin shooting 295, 15-over par. The Spartans have a two-day score of 612, 52-over par at Stanford Golf Course.

William Barnett rose 35 spots up the leaderboard in round two shooting two-over par 72, and tied for 55th place. He has had the lowest Spartan score shooting nine-over par 149 in two rounds.

Sean Talmadge shot three over par 73 on the day, and has a two-round score of 11-over par 151.

Tied at 110th place is Kevin Velo and Scott Munger. They are both have a total score of 157.

Charles Thompson is tied for 118th at 159.

No Team shot under par in round two at The Goodwin. Leading the field is Stanford who is currently four over par 564. One stroke behind in second place is Southern California.

Leading the players field is Brigham Young's Rhett Rasmussen at four under par 136. Tied for second two strokes behind is Washington's Corey Pereira, and Stanford's Maverick McNealy, UNLV's Harry Hall, and Oregon's Ryan Gronlund.
