The San Jose State women's golf team looks to continue its strong spring semester play as the team starts the week at the Silverado Showdown, April 9-11, at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa, Calif.

The Spartans are one of 18 teams participating and one of the 10 top-50 ranked teams playing in the tournament. The teams will play 54 holes over the three days on the par-72, 6,176 yard North Course.
Teams begin play the first two days with tee times beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday and Monday, and a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans begin play on Sunday on hole #10, beginning at 8:45 a.m. The team will play with Washington State and East Carolina.
