San Jose, Calif.-- Spartan women's gymnast Ellie Pascoe-Long won two event titles Friday night, and Kaitlin Won earned another title as the San Jose State women's gymnastics team scored a 193.450 in dual meet with UC Davis at The Event Center. The Aggies won the meet with a 194.525.
Pascoe-Long opened and closed the meet with event titles. In the first rotation, she hit her vault with a 9.825 and won her second vault title of the year. In the final rotation, Pascoe-Long scored a career-best 9.900 on floor to tie for first with UC Davis' Alexis Brown.
Won captured the bars title with a 9.850, her second bars title of the season. She also scored a 9.750 on floor, 9.700 on beam and a 9.675 on vault for a 38.975 in the all-around.

The Spartans had another strong start on vault with a 48.625 and led after the first rotation. Pascoe-Long led the team at 9.825, followed by Taylor Chan at 9.800, Josalyn Ray at 9.700, Won at 9.675, Kaprece Nadonza at 9.625 and Chelsey Andrada at 9.500.
The second rotation was the team's downfall for the evening as the team scored just a 47.125, having to count two falls. Won led the team with a 9.850, followed by Stephanie Relova and Madilyn Probst at 9.725, Kaprece Nadonza 9.225, Chan at 8.600 and Pascoe-Long at 8.350.
The beam team posted a solid score of 48.725, led by Chan and Andrada at 9.800. Relova was next at 9.750, followed by Won at 9.700, Michelle Shalit at 9.675 and Probst at 8.800.
The floor team had the highest score of the night at 48.975. Pascoe-Long again led the team at 9.900, followed by Chan at 9.825, Ray at 9.80, Won at 9.750, Andrada at 9.700 and Leah Perrino at 9.225.
The Spartans return home on Sunday, March 4, to host Air Force, Central Michigan and Seattle Pacific. The meet begins at 2 p.m., inside The Event Center. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Spartan seniors Alisa Bogdan and Kaitlin Won will be honored after the meet.
