The Spartans’ number-one doubles pair of Ana Lukner and Noelle Lee recorded the team’s only victory with an 8-6 triumph over Gabriella Lundquist and Marta Gronowicz.
CS Sacramento, which ended San Jose State’s two-match winning streak, improved its dual match record to 12-1. The Spartans now are 4-7.
