Friday, September 29th, Spartan Football Players Tray Jackson, Kevin Jurovich, Matt Castelo, Travis Jones, David Eisenhauer, and David Bowen teamed up with <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>FranklinElementary School in a classroom visit. With grade levels ranging from first grade to sixth grade, students were given the opportunity to talk with the players as well as learn the importance of getting a good education. "Two hours is nothing compared to seeing 200 smiles," said Tray Jackson when asked how he felt about meeting with the children. After spending time with the smiling faces, it was time for the players to say goodbye, leaving behind an autographed poster and a new friend.
