Jordan Friedman was appointed as the general manger of Spartan Sports Properties at Learfield Sports in May, 2012. He also worked in the offices at SJSU from summer of 2008 to December, 2011 as an account executive for Spartan Sports Properties.
As the exclusive marketing and multimedia rights holder, Friedman is responsible for driving corporate partnership revenue on behalf of all sport programs at SJSU.
He conducts meetings with companies throughout California to form integrated marketing partnerships, while also handling radio and television rights for football and basketball.
Friedman is a 2006 alumni of Michigan State University where he received his degree in communication studies, with minors in behavioral and social sciences, business and public relations.
The Detroit, Mich., native has had a variety of experiences in professional sports, including public relations for the Oakland Raiders, community relations for the Los Angeles Clippers and ticket sales for the San Francisco Giants.
Friedman currently resides in Campbell, Calif.
