To charge your donation: complete the credit card information form and send to the Spartan Foundation office by midnight Sunday, December 30th. Click here to make your gift online!
To pay by check: Make check payable to: Spartan Foundation and mail to One Washington Square, San Jose, CA 95192-0062 - make sure your donation envelope is post-marked by December 31st.
