Order of Sparta represented at National Letterwinners Association Conference

Tallahassee, Fla.-----Sheri Bragg, director of the Order of Sparta, was one of 30 participants at the 10th annual National Letterwinners Association conference hosted by Florida State University in June.

"Every major conference in the country was represented," said Bragg, a first-time attendee. "The Order of Sparta, formed in 1999, will surely benefit from this association with other organizations, some of which have been in existence 60 to 80 years."

Topics covered during the three-day meeting included "Strategic Planning," "Benefits for Active Members," "Member Events," "Electronic Communication and Websites," "Hall of Fame and Memorabilia," "CHAMPS/Life Skills," "Growing Your Membership" and "Membership Dues & User Fees."
