Ticket Policies
Fans Attending the Game
- Fans should plan on arriving early to experience the new Gameday at CEFCU stadium
- Get to your seats early to watch the students rush on to the field and enjoy the newly created in-game experience
- Reminder that there is construction going on, therefore several gates will not be in use and with the new screening process upon entry, we ask fans to come as early as possible
- Gates will open up 90 minutes prior to kickoff
- In addition to the North and West Gates for entry into CEFCU stadium, fans can utilize Simpkins Gate #1, Simpkins Gate #2 and the Southwest Gate
Covid Entry Policy
- All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test within the last 72 hours (Age 13 and up)
Mask Policy
- Fans that are not vaccinated and show proof of a negative test within 72 hours will be required to wear a mask at all times, as well as all children under the age of 13
- Suite Ticket holders that are NOT in an open air suite will be required to wear a mask at all times
- SJSU Athletics encourage all fans to wear masks regardless of vaccination status
Concession Updates
- Three food trucks and two bar stations will be serving in the pregame Spartan Village Fan Zone, along Stadium Way
- Two food trucks, one in the South West Corner and one in the Northwest Corner, will be inside CEFCU Stadium to complement the three concession stands
- Four additional kiosks serving drinks will be located on the West Concourse
- Twelve food vendors will be roaming CEFCU Stadium

Accessible Ticket Policy
CEFCU Stadium
- Accessible seating at CEFCU Stadium meets all ADA requirements.
- Accessible seating at CEFCU Stadium is located on the west side concourse level and the north endzone.
- Individuals who purchase one accessible seat can purchase no more than one companion seat, if available.
- For temporary disabilities, individuals may exchange one ticket for an accessible seat and one for a companion, if available.
- Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the Spartan Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Spartan Ticket Office in advance of the event.
Provident Credit Union Event Center
- Accessible seating at the Provident Credit Union Event Center meets all ADA requirements.
- All accessible seating is located on the concourse level of the Provident Credit Union Event Center.
- Individuals who purchase one accessible seat can purchase no more than one companion seat, if available.
- For temporary disabilities, individuals may exchange one ticket for an accessible seat and one for a companion, if available.
- Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the Spartan Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Spartan Ticket Office in advance of the event.
Admissions Policy
All patrons must have a ticket for entry into all Spartan athletic events. Children under the age of 24 months do not need a ticket for admission with the understanding they will be held throughout the entire event. Children 24 months or older are required to have a ticket to enter.
Event Security/Prohibited Items
For the safety and security of all patrons at each of our facilities, certain items are prohibited, including, but not limited to: any food or beverage items, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, backpacks and bags (limited to 14" x 14" x 6"), luggage, strollers, laser pointers, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, umbrellas, balloons and beach balls. All recording devices, both audio and video are prohibited. Film or digital cameras with lenses measuring less than six inches will be permitted.
All patrons entering any of San Jose State athletic facilities are subject to search. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items.
Will Call
Tickets are available for pick up at the SJSU Athletics Ticket Office 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday. You can pick up tickets that you have ordered over the phone as early as the next business day afternoon following the date of purchase. Tickets ordered after 12:00 pm, Friday, 8 days or more in advance of an event are mailed, unless will call is selected by the ticket holder.
Tickets ordered ten (10) day or less prior to an event are placed at Will Call. Tickets may be picked up at the SJSU Athletics Ticket Office on or before game day. Please allow one business for processing. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets, unless arrangements are made through the Athletics Ticket Office in advance
Gameday Will Call
Football - Will Call tickets are moved to the CEFCU Stadium East Box Office three (3) hours prior to kick-off and closes at halftime.
Basketball - The General Will Call window is located in the Event Center Box Office of the Event Center for men's and women's basketball home games and will open 1 hour prior to the start of home games and for Gymnastics, 90 minutes prior to the start of the meet.
All olympic sport General Will Call will be at the venue in which each sport competes and will open 1 hour prior to the start of the event, with the exception of baseball which will be ninety minutes prior to first pitch.
Mailing of Tickets
Season tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of each sport's season. Single-game tickets will be mailed no later than 6 days prior to the game.
Address Changes
It is your responsibility to inform the Spartan Athletic Office of any address changes. In order to change your address, the Spartan Ticket Office will need a signed letter stating the change of address. You may fax, mail, e-mail or drop off a copy of the letter to the Spartan Ticket Office. Please be aware that address changes will affect the mailing of tickets and renewal forms, so please check each sport's mailing dates for details.

Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order is not filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change. All sales are final.
