Rosco Valentine led the men’s golf team at the 2007 Western Athletic Conference Championships as he finished fourth in the individual standings and the Spartans finished tied for fifth in the team standings.  He finished the tournament with a three-under par 213.

Valentine had the best final-round for the Spartans with a two-under 70.  He had seven birdies on the final day of competition.  He and teammate Stephan Stallworth were the only two golfers in the 45-player field with under-par scores in the final two rounds.  Valentine recorded a 69 in the second round.
