Ticket Policies

Address Changes
It is your responsibility to inform the Spartan Athletic Office of any address changes. In order to change your address, the Spartan Ticket Office will need a signed letter stating the change of address. You may fax, mail, e-mail or drop off a copy of the letter to the Spartan Ticket Office. Please be aware that address changes will affect the mailing of tickets and renewal forms, so please check each sport's mailing dates for details.

Will Call
Tickets for individual games ordered within 5 days of a game will be left at General Will Call. All patrons picking up tickets at will call must present a photo ID to pick up tickets.

General Will Call can be picked up in the Spartan Ticket Office the week of the game until 4 hours prior to kick-off of a home football contest. General Will Call will then be relocated to the East Box Office in the General Will Call window at Spartan Stadium. All Ticketmaster Will Call, can be picked up day of game, only at the General Will Call.

The General Will Call window is located in the Event Center Box Office of the Event Center for men's and women's basketball home games and will open 1 hour prior to the start of home games.

All olympic sport General Will Call will be at the venue in which each sport competes and will open 1 hour prior to the start of the event, with the exception of baseball which will be ninety minutes prior to first pitch.

Accessible Ticket Policy

Spartan Stadium

  • Accessible seating at Spartan Stadium meets all ADA requirements.
  • Accessible seating at Spartan Stadium is located on the west side concourse level and the north endzone.
  • Individuals who purchase one accessible seat can purchase no more than one companion seat, if available.
  • For temporary disabilities, individuals may exchange one ticket for an accessible seat and one for a companion, if available.
• Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the Spartan Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Spartan Ticket Office in advance of the event.

 

Event Center

  • Accessible seating at the Event Center meets all ADA requirements.
  • All accessible seating is located on the concourse level of the Event Center.
  • Individuals who purchase one accessible seat can purchase no more than one companion seat, if available.
  • For temporary disabilities, individuals may exchange one ticket for an accessible seat and one for a companion, if available.
• Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the Spartan Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Spartan Ticket Office in advance of the event.

 

Event Security/Prohibited Items

For the safety and security of all patrons at each of our facilities, certain items are prohibited, including, but not limited to: any food or beverage items, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, backpacks and bags (limited to 14" x 14" x 6"), luggage, strollers, laser pointers, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, umbrellas, balloons and beach balls. All recording devices, both audio and video are prohibited.  Film or digital cameras with lenses measureing less than six inches will be permitted.

All patrons entering any of San Jose State athletic facilities are subject to search. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items.

 

Mailing of Tickets
Season tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of each sport's season. Single game tickets will be mailed no later than 6 days prior to the game.

Admissions Policy
All patrons must have a ticket for entry into all Spartan athletic events. Children under the age of 24 months do not need a ticket for admission with the understanding they will be held throughout the entire event. Children 24 months or older are required to have a ticket to enter.

Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order is not filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change. All sales are final.
