Last week the Spartan’s visited Toyon Elementary School. Athletes from the football team, Justin Willis and Tray Jackson, split up and visited three classrooms. Teachers Gladys Hong, Molly Zak and Joe Alvarado and their students got to meet with the athletes and asked them some questions. Students fielded question such as, how tall are you, how much do football players practice and what kind of person plays college football.

Teacher, Hong said the kids loved the player that visited her class and can’t wait for their next visit and the Spartan Athletics department is hoping to set up another visit in the near future.
