SAN JOSE, Calif. – Freshman forward Christian Anigwe is one of four freshmen that will make their collegiate debut with SJSU men's basketball tips off this November. The Phoenix, Arizona native comes to the South Bay from Desert Vista High where he was rated as the No. 15 overall player in the state as a senior.
Anigwe shot 64.5 percent from the floor last season while averaging 10.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Basketball runs deep in the Anigwe family as Christian's sister, Kristine, is a three-time honorable mention All-American at the University of California.
