San Jose, Calif.—For the second consecutive week and fourth time this season, San José State freshman gymnast Carli Orcutt has been named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Freshman Gymnast of the Week.
Orcutt competed in the all-around for the first time this season at UC Davis last Friday night. She scored a 38.500 in the all-around with a 9.725 on vault, 9.700 on bars, 9.625 on floor and a 9.450 on beam, her first time competing on beam this season.
San José State travels to Seattle Pacific for a meet this Friday night beginning at 7 p.m. inside Brougham Pavilion.
