San Jose State- New Mexico Football Game Moving To San Jose

Albuquerque, N.M.----- Due to the continued prevalence of the COVID-19 virus in Bernalillo County and in accordance with state guidelines, the New Mexico-San José State football game on October 31 will be moved to CEFCU Stadium, Home of the Spartans, in San Jose, Calif. The announcement was made by the Mountain West and the two universities.
 
            Game time will be at 4:00 p.m. (PT)/5:00 p.m. (MT). FS1 will provide live television coverage from San Jose State's home stadium.
 
            Like San Jose State's first game of the 2020 season against Air Force at home on October 24, spectators will not be allowed in the stadium and tailgating on university grounds will not be permitted.
 
            The Spartans opened the season with a 17-6 win over Air Force in a Mountain West game. New Mexico has a 0-0 record. The Lobos' game on October 24 at Colorado State was canceled.
