SAN JOSE, Calif. - When one door closes, another one opens. Fresh off having their third-straight cancelation to open the 2020-21 campaign, San Jose State men's basketball made a late dash to add Fresno Pacific to the schedule, and will now open the season against the Sunbirds this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in Fresno.
This will be the first-ever meeting between the programs. Fresno Pacific, a member of the PacWest Conference, is led by fifth-year head coach C.J. Haydock. Last season, he guided the Sunbirds to an 11-17 record, and finished the season with three wins in the final five games.
Fans will be able to watch the game live via live stream. Justin Allegri will also have the play-by-play call, which can be found on the TuneIn app or TuneIn.com.
