SAN JOSE, Calif. – There are a limited amount of tickets available for the football home opener between San José State and Southern Utah on Saturday at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to call or text the One Spartan Nation ticket office (408-924-7589) or visit SJSUspartans.com to secure their tickets for the game.
"We are very excited to welcome back fans to the rapidly improving CEFCU stadium," said Director of Athletics Jeff Konya. "We have a system in place to protect everyone's health and safety. We're hoping that everyone has patience as we are operating in an unprecedented environment with new admission and entry policies along with limited gates. Go Spartans!!!"
Fans Attending the Game
- Fans should plan on arriving early to experience the new Gameday at CEFCU stadium
- Get to your seats early to watch the students rush on to the field and enjoy the newly created in-game experience
- Reminder that there is construction going on, therefore several gates will not be in use and with the new screening process upon entry, we ask fans to come as early as possible
- Gates will open up 90 minutes prior to kickoff (5:30 p.m.)
Covid Entry Policy
- All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
Mask Policy
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times, as well as all children under the age of 12
- Suite Ticket holders that are NOT in an open air suite will be required to wear a mask at all times
- SJSU Athletics encourage all fans to wear masks regardless of vaccination status
