SAN DIEGO, Calif.—The San José State women's tennis team had a successful first day at the SDSU Fall Classic as the team went 3-0 in doubles and 5-3 in singles play.

•Oleksandra Andrieieva, Lara Marco Mas, Jovana Babic and Rozalina Youseva all went 2-0 in their singles and doubles matches.
•All five singles winners and three doubles winners advance to the championship side of their respective brackets.
•Play resumes Saturday morning with doubles beginning at 9 a.m., followed by singles play at 10 and 11:15 a.m.
