• For the second consecutive week, San Jose State is ranked eighth nationally in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) rankings.

• Since the program was reinstated in 2015, the 2021 team with its 15 victories have the most regular season wins by a San Jose State team in the last six years

• Saturday's match vs. No. 4 Stanford will be Senior Day. The Spartans will recognize seniors Neil Arnett, Adam Bado, and Yahav Fire in a ceremony prior to the first-quarter sprint

• San Jose State and Stanford are meeting for the second time this season. The Cardinal topped the Spartans, 16-7, on the opening weekend of the season.

• Stanford is the 15th San Jose State opponent ranked in the top-10 taking on the Spartans.

• Yahav Fire currently ranks third nationally with 258 saves and fifth in saves percentage at 52.2 percent. Only seven goalkeepers are stopping more than 50 percent of the shots they face.
