• San Jose State heads into its final Golden Coast Conference match of the season with a seven-match winning streak - the longest since the program was reinstated in 2015.

• A win at Santa Barbara would give the Spartans their first winning season in Golden Coast Conference action.

• San Jose State's 15 wins are the most in a season since 2015. The Spartans need one more win to assure themselves of a winning season.

• San Jose State moved up to eighth, its highest ranking of the season, in the November 3 Collegiate Water Polo Association national coaches' poll.

• Niels Hofmeijer continues as the national leader in sprint wins with 71. He is winning opening quarter sprints at an 89.9 percent rate.

• Goalkeeper Yahav Fire has 247 saves, second most nationally. Fire's  .526 save percentage is fourth best nationally.

• Freshman Bende Pardi is the third Spartan since 2015 to score at least 50 goals in a season. Pardi leads San Jose State and is third in the Golden Coast Conference in goal scoring with 51. Finn Pardon scored 51 goals in 2019 and Jacob Mercep scored 93 times in 27 matches in 2017.
