SAN JOSE, Calif. – San José State will host Bethesda University of the NCCAA from the Provident Credit Union Event Center on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and it will be streamed on the Mountain West Network. Tickets can be purchased here and kids 12 and under receive a complimentary ticket for all home games through Jan. 15.
The Spartans (6-5, 0-0 Mountain West) will be playing their first game since Dec. 21 and are 5-1 at home this season. The five home wins are the most for San José State since the 1999-2000 season when the Spartans finished with 15 wins.
The Lion Angels (3-10, 0-0 NCCAA) added the contest following an 82-80 win over Cal State Northridge on Dec. 22.
The Spartans are 1-0 all-time against Bethesda with their lone meeting coming in a 67-44 home win on Nov. 14, 2014.
