– Shon Robinson had 17 points with seven rebounds, while Omari Moore added 14 points with seven rebounds and seven assists and Trey Anderson, who was under the weather, put in 14 points to lead San José State (7-12, 0-7 Mountain West) in a 86-70 loss at New Mexico (8-13, 1-7 Mountain West) from University Arena Friday night.

  • The Spartans shot 47.5% from the field overall and 55.6% in the second half alone
  • Myron (MJ) Amey, Jr. came off the bench to put in 12 points on 6-for-10 shooting
  • Robinson also had three blocks on the night and one steal that he took coast-to-coast for a slam
  • The Lobos were led by Jamal Mashburn, Jr. with 23 points
