SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State Athletics' All-Access Show, The Charge, aired its second show on Monday, Dec. 20 and had several re-airs throughout the final 10 days of December on NBC Sports California. The show featured stories on first-year men's basketball head coach Tim Miles and his 400th career win, Latahevai Lousi and the Spartans' strong volleyball season, a look inside Beyond Sparta, one of the country's top lifeskills programs for student-athletes, and football's Rico Tolefree's interest in music, following in his legendary parents' footsteps.
- The Charge, stories of SJSU Athletics, is a seven-episode all-access show that will debut on NBC Sports Bay Area each month
- There will be several re-airs throughout the month on NBC Sports California during the month of January of Episode 2
- The show is produced by Atomic Productions, Inc., along with SJSU Athletics
- Fans will get an in-depth look at the student-athletes, teams and the department in a new unique way
- Episode 3 of The Charge will air in mid-February on NBC Sports Bay Area
