SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San José State women's basketball team (4-21, 1-13 Mountain West) will close out its stretch of four games in eight days at UNLV (21-4, 13-1 Mountain West) on Saturday afternoon inside the Thomas & Mack Center. Tip off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and will be available to watch live on the Mountain West Network.

- Ella Ogier is leading the Spartans in scoring (12.6 ppg), assists (59) and steals (47)
- Cydni Lewis is grabbing a team-high 7.2 rpg and adding 12.0 ppg
- The Spartans are coming off a tough loss at San Diego State on Thursday night
- Ogier scored a career-high 22 points
- A'Tyanna Gaulden was 8-15 from the field and 2-3 from 3-point for a season-high 22 points and eight field goals made
- There were 10 lead changes with SJSU's largest lead of nine coming in the last few minutes of the third period
- SJSU won the third frame 22-16
- UNLV is shooting .445 from the field
- The Runnin' Rebels have not lost a home game since November 27, 2021
- Essence Booker is leading the Rebels in scoring with 15.6 ppg and the best free throw percentage (.962) in the Mountain West
- Desi-Rae Young is averaging 15.6 ppg and grabbing a team-high 8.5 rpg (third in conference)
- UNLV is first in the Mountain West in scoring margin, free throw percentage and rebounding margin

New Covid Entry Policy:
- All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (Age 3 and up)
- For Antigen tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 24 hours
- For PCR tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 48 hours
- The antigen test can include a take-home test, sold at Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies
Mask Policy:
- Fans are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking
