• San Jose State is ranked 11th in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) national poll for the third consecutive week.
• San Jose State's next win will be its eighth of the season, more than the combined total of victories in the shortened seasons of 2021 (two) and 2020 (five).
• San Jose State is facing No. 10 UC Davis for the second time this season. The Spartans lost to the Aggies, 14-13, on January 29, in the Cal Cup
• San Jose State and No. 8 Fresno State are meeting for the third time in the last four weekends. On January 30 at the Cal Cup, the Spartans came from behind to defeat the Bulldogs, 10-9. On February 5 at the UCLA Mini Tournament, Fresno State came back for a 15-9 victory.
• Hannah Henry, fourth on the San Jose State list for career saves with 409, made her first appearance of the season in goal for the Spartans playing in the second half of the February 12 Cal State Monterey Bay win, 14-5.
• Goalkeeper Elaina Davey now ranks ninth on the San Jose State list for career saves with 128.
• Olga Descalzi leads the Spartans in scoring with 27 goals in 13 matches. She has 148 career goals and is seven away from moving into San Jose State's top-10.
