SJSU Falls on Road to San Diego State

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Omari Moore had 20 points to lead San José State (8-20, 1-15 Mountain West) in a 77-52 loss at San Diego State (18-7, 10-4 Mountain West) from Viejas Arena Friday night.

  • For Moore, this was his fifth 20 point game of the season and he shot 7-for-11 from the field
  • Ibrahima Diallo added six boards and two blocks in his second game back from injury
  • Alvaro Cardenas added nine points
  • Spartans shot 85.7 percent from the free throw line
  • San Diego State was led by Matt Bradley with 15 points

Next Game: The Spartans head to Air Force to play the Falcons on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on the Mountain West Network.

Next Home Game: The Spartans host Utah State for senior day on March 4 at 8 p.m. to end the regular season and tickets can be purchased here.

New Covid Entry Policy

  • All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
    • Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
    • Faculty/Staff enter through the lower entrance, while Students enter through the South Doors across from the SRAC
  • Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
  • Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (Age 3 and up)
    • For Antigen tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 24 hours
    • For PCR tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 48 hours
  • The antigen test can include a take-home test, sold at Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies

Mask Policy

  • Fans are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking
