Spartans Come Up Short to Portland Saturday Afternoon

SAN JOSE, Calif. 
– Hunter Dorraugh extended his home run streak to five games with a three-run shot in the eighth to lead San José State (4-3) in a 11-4 loss to Portland (6-0) from Excite Ballpark Saturday afternoon. The Pilots have taken the first two games of the three-game series.

  • Charles McAdoo extended his hitting streak to seven games with a double in the eighth
  • Dalton Bowling hit a double in his second straight game and extended his RBI streak to four games
