SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San José State women's basketball team (4-17, 1-9 Mountain West) travels to Laramie to face Wyoming (9-10, 5-5 Mountain West) for the first time this season at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening. The contest will be available to watch live on the Mountain West Network.

- Ella Ogier leads the Spartans with an average of 11.8 points per game
- Ogier has had eight-straight double digit scoring performances
- The Spartans are coming off a loss to Nevada on the road
- Three Spartans notched double figures against the Wolf Pack
- Sidney Richards led the Spartans with a career-high 16 points
- Richards went 6-8 from the field and 2-2 from 3-point in her first career double digit scoring performance
- McKinley Bradshaw is leading Wyoming in scoring with an average of 14.4 ppg
- Allyson Fertig scored a game-high 19 points and tied a Mountain West freshman record for single-game rebounds with 18 in the Cowgirls win over New Mexico to earn MW Freshman of the Week for the second consecutive week (4th time this season)
- Fertig is averaging 11.1 ppg and a team-high 7.8 rpg
- Wyoming is returning home after a buzzer beater road win over New Mexico
NEXT HOME GAME: The Spartans return home Saturday, February 12 for a rematch with Colorado State at 2:00 p.m. and the San José State men's basketball team will play after the women at 6 p.m. Spartan Nation will promote breast cancer awareness on Saturday at the Provident Credit Union Event Center and tickets are available for purchase here.
New Covid Entry Policy:
- All personnel with a SJSU Tower ID (students, staff and faculty) will only have to show Tower ID and ticket for entry
- Tower ID holders are within the SJSU Covid protocols
- Those without a Tower ID will be required to show proof of vaccination with their card, a photo on their phone or QR code
- Fans that are not vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (Age 3 and up)
- For Antigen tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 24 hours
- For PCR tests, negative result of COVID test must be within 48 hours
- The antigen test can include a take-home test, sold at Walgreens, CVS and other pharmacies
Mask Policy:
- Fans are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless actively eating or drinking
