SVC II Program  

SAN JOSÉ, Calif. – The San Jose State softball team will host the Silicon Valley Softball Classic II this weekend at Spartan Softball Stadium. The Spartans will face Idaho State (10-10, 0-0 Big Sky) in a double header on Friday, March 11 and Utah State (8-10, 0-0 Mountain West) and UC Davis (6-11, 0-0 Big West) back-to-back on Saturday afternoon
 
All of the Spartans' games will be streamed on the Mountain West Network. 
 


  • Jenessa Ullegue (8-1) has an ERA of 1.55 (4th best in the conference) 
  • The Spartans have the top pitching staff in the Mountain West with a conference best 2.19 ERA
  • Ullegue had six hits, two home runs and four RBIs for a batting average of .667 at the GCU Invitational last weekend
  • Alyssa Graham leads the team at the plate, averaging .433 (5th in MW) and has a team-high 29 hits 


NEXT UP: The Spartans kick off conference play at home next weekend, hosting New Mexico in a three-game series, March 18-20.
