ELKHART, Ind.—Chloe Limargo left her name on top of another San José State breaststroke record Saturday night as five swimmers finished in the top-20 including three in top-five on the final day at the CSCAA National Invitational in Elkhart, Ind.
- Limargo finished second in the 200 breaststroke with a school-record time of 2:11.99, breaking the 10-year-old record of 2:12.48, set by Kirsten Trammell at the 2012 WAC Championships.
- Limargo now holds the school's fastest times in the 50 breaststroke, 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke.
- The Spartans claimed two of the top-four spots in the 200 butterfly. Zsófia Muzsnay finished second at 1:58.05, while Réka Kovács was fourth at 1:59.08.
- Reagan Mathieson was 10th in the 100 freestyle at 50.34.
- Ela Freiman swam the second-fastest 100 IM in school history with a 57.42 Saturday night to finish in 18th place.
- San José State finished 13th in the team standings with 165.5 points.
