SAN JOSÉ, Calif. - The San José State Softball team (16-10) will travel to Fort Collins to face the Colorado State Rams (8-16) in its first road test of the 2022 Mountain West Conference slate on Friday, March 25th. The Spartans and Rams will go head-to-head in a three-game series ending on Sunday, March 27th.
The series will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network.

- Alyssa Graham leads the Spartan offense, batting .394 with 37 hits (3rd in MW)
- Jessica Giacoma's three triples is tied for second-most in the conference
- Trenity Edwards is batting .341 and has a team-high 13 RBIs
- The Spartans are fresh off a series win over New Mexico (2-1), taking the final two games of the series last weekend, including a 4-3 win in the final game that took 11 innings to pull off
- Colorado State is 0-3 in the Mountain Wests, coming of a three-game sweep by San Diego State
- The Rams are hitting .278 while the Sparatans sit at fourth in the conference with a .294 average.
- Haley Smith leads the MW in doubles (10) and Ashley York is tied for the most triples (4)
- The Rams pitching staff has a combined ERA of 3.86 and Jetta Nannen (3-2) leads the team with a 2.51 ERA
