Hunter Dorraugh connected on his 10th home run of the season, while Dalton Bowling, Jack Colette, Omar Gastelum and James Shimashita each had two hits apiece to lead San José State (18-17, 9-8) in a 13-7 loss at UNLV (24-11, 14-3) in Mountain West baseball action on Friday at Wilson Stadium. The Spartans have nine or more hits in 11 conference games this season.

The Rebels scored four runs in the fourth and eighth innings to pull away from SJSU. With the score tied at 2-2, UNLV pushed four runs across in the bottom of the fourth and added two runs in the fifth to take an 8-2 lead and never looked back. The Rebels finished with 15 hits in the ballgame.
