AUGUSTA, Ga.—San Jose State senior women's golfer Antonia Malate shot a 2-over 74 in the second round of the 2022 Augusta National Women's Amateur and made the cut of the top-30 players for the final round.

- After playing a practice round at Augusta National on Friday, Malate will play the final round of the ANWA on Saturday, April 2.
- Malate will be the second twosome out on the course Saturday, teeing off at 8:10 a.m. ET/5:10 a.m. PT. She will play with Liqi Zeng from China.
- The second round was finished on Friday morning after the start of the round was delayed on Thursday.
- Malate started the second round on the 10th tee and shot 37 over each nine holes for her 74.
- There are only five shots that separate the 30 players as two are tied for the lead at even-par 144.
