BOISE, Idaho - Alyssa Graham and Ashley Rico each had a home run on Saturday afternoon in San José State's (20-22, 6-11 Mountain West) 4-3 loss to Boise State (30-10, 9-5 Mountain West) in game two of a three-game series. Graham and Rico each went 1-for-2 with a walk.
The Spartans held the lead through the bottom of the sixth, when the Broncos hit a 2 RBI single to take the lead, 4-3.

- Graham had the first hit of the contest with the 2 RBI home run over the right field fence in the top of the first and gave San José State an early 2-0 lead
- In the fourth inning, Rico led off with a solo shot to center field
- The Broncos responded with two runs in the bottom of the fourth and then took the lead with two runs in the sixth
- Jenessa Ullegue (15-6) pitched all six innings in the circle, tallying seven strikeouts and eight hits allowed
- Ullegue, Trenity Edwards and Aubrie Thomas each recorded a hit

The Spartans look to avoid the sweep tomorrow as the Broncos solidified the series victory with the win on Saturday at Dona Larsen Park. Sunday's series finale will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network at 11:00 a.m.
