SAN JOSE, Calif. – Robert Hamchuk went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double while Nathan Cadena went 3-for-4 with his first career home run to lead San José State (21-19, 11-10 Mountain West) in a 9-2 win against Nevada (21-17, 13-8 Mountain West) Sunday afternoon from Excite Ballpark.
This is the first Spartans series win against the Wolf Pack since 2017.
- Hamchuk has six home runs with 22 RBIs on the season
- Cadena also hit his fifth double of the season and has 10 RBIs, plus scored three runs in the win
- Reece Hernandez hit a two RBI double
