BOISE, Idaho - Jillian Figueroa hit a second inning moonshot to center field in San José State softball's (20-23, 6-12 Mountain West) 10-1 loss to Boise State (31-10, 10-5 Mountain West) in 5 innings on Sunday morning at Dona Larsen Park. The home run was Figueroa's fourth of the season and 19th RBI.

- Jenessa Ullegue went 2-for-3 with a double (6th double of the season)
- The Spartans struck out just three times and drew four walks
- Lacie Ham (3-7) got the loss in the circle
- Ham threw 2.0 innings before Ullegue came in for and inning and a third and Ashley Goard closed out the final two-thirds of the fourth inning
- The Spartans lose the series 3-0 to the Broncos

The Spartans remain on the road for a midweek contest with Cal on Wednesday, April 27 at 3:00 p.m. and return home to Spartan Softball Complex for a three-game series with San Diego State beginning April 29th.
