SAN JOSÉ, Calif. - The San José State Softball Team (20-23, 6-12 Mountain West) will take a midweek trip to Berkeley to play Cal (25-20-1, 6-9 Pac-12) on Wednesday, April 27 before playing a three-game home series with San Diego State (30-12, 13-2 Mountain West) this weekend. The weekend series with the Aztecs will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network.
Sunday, May 1 will honor two Spartan seniors, Caroline Bowman and Lilly Meek, before the final game of the three-game series with the Aztecs.

- Karizma Bergesen leads the team in home runs (8) and RBIs (22), and is batting .294
- Alyssa Graham is second in the Mountain West Conference with 51 hits and has a team-best 10 doubles
- Jenessa Ullegue (15-6) boasts a 2.09 ERA (4nd in the MW) and has a team-best 108 strikeouts on the season
- Bergesen earned Mountain West Player of the Week honors on 4/11 for her performance at Nevada where she set a new SJSU single-game home run record for her three home runs
- The Spartans are batting .277 to the Aztecs .293
- Mac Barbara leads the Aztec offense and is third in the conference in individual batting
- San Diego State has four players batting over .300
- Maggie Balint (13-5) leads the conference in pitching, has a 1.55 ERA and has won seven of a possible 11 MW Pitcher-of-the-Week awards. Balint is tied for second in the country in saves (6) and 17th in strikeouts (215)
