STOCKTON, Calif. -
Trenity Edwards went 3-for-3 with a home run in San José State's (17-17, 3-6 Mountain West) 3-2 loss to the University of the Pacific (10-24, 0-0 West Coast Conference) in a Thursday evening single-game meeting at Bill Simoni Field. Edwards is 8-for-12 (.667 average) over the last four games and recorded multiple hits in three out of four of those games. 

  • The Spartans out hit the Tigers seven to six, but left seven runners on base
  • Jenessa Ullegue, Ashley Rico and Edwards each recorded a double 
  • Ashley Goard (0-1) started the game in the circle and threw 2.0 innings
  • Lacie Ham (3.0 IP) and Caroline Bowman (1.0 IP) each allowed just 1 hit during their time in the circle
  • San José State had three fielding errors
